Both work. Drop in any time we are open. Book only if you want dedicated time with a designer — Saturdays in particular fill up, so they are worth reserving.
Rough room measurements, a few photographs of the existing bathroom, any inspiration images, and a rough budget. That is enough to get a real specification started on the day.
