Elite Bathrooms & Plumbing has traded from 65–69 Myddleton Road since 2001. The front of the building is a showroom — several fully built bathroom sets, lit properly, plumbed properly, so you can see how a room actually works before you commit to it. Behind it sits a plumbing and heating counter that stocks boilers, radiators and drainage for local installers.
That combination is why the advice is different here. You are speaking to people who sell the products daily and know what comes back, what lasts, and what an installer would refuse to fit.

Take the products away and use your own installer, or let the team arrange the fitting through people they have worked with for years.

How it works
No hard sell and no pressure to buy on the day. The first appointment exists to work out whether the room you want is the room your building will allow.
Call, email or use the form. Bring rough measurements, a phone full of inspiration photos, and any timescale you are working to. Weekday and Saturday appointments are both available.
You walk the displays with a designer rather than flicking through a catalogue. Layout, finishes and budget get decided against products that are physically in front of you.
Take the specification away for your own installer, or have the team manage the fitting through fitters they have worked alongside for years. Either way, the products arrive from the same building.
Much of the business comes from referrals and people coming back for the next room. If something is wrong six months later, you know where to find us — we are still on the same road.

For installers
Boilers, radiators, drainage and a full range of above- and below-ground plastics — stocked, priced for the trade, and staffed by people who have spent years on the plumbing side of the industry rather than reading from a screen.
If you are pricing a job and need a straight answer on availability, ring the counter. Trade accounts and competitive pricing are arranged in person.

A stockist listing is earned, not bought. Manufacturers add a dealer to their books once the displays are right, the stock is held, and the volumes justify it.

You can drop in during opening hours: Monday to Friday 7am–5pm and Saturday 8am–4pm. If you want undivided design time, book an appointment — including on a Saturday.
Both. You can buy supply-only and use your own installer, or hand the whole job over and the team will arrange fitting through tradespeople they have worked with regularly across North London.
Yes — there is a plumbing and heating counter alongside the showroom with boilers, radiators, drainage and plastics at trade prices. Trade accounts are set up in person.
Bathroom displays include Duravit, Keuco, HiB and Origins Living. The plumbing counter stocks boiler brands including Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Vokera, Potterton and Ideal. Stock moves, so ring ahead if you are travelling for a specific range.
